We guarantee the condition of every book as it is described on our website. If you are not satisfied that your book is as described, please contact us via the Return Request form below and we will issue you a refund in accordance with these policies.

Our Return Policy

  1. Time Period.  All requests for returns must be made within 7 (seven) days of your purchase.  Requests made after 7 days from purchase may not be honored.
  2. Digital purchases. Sorry, but no refund will be made for digital versions of our books.
  3. Method. All requests for returns must be made via the Return Request page at the website.
  4. Return Pack Slip. All returns must be accompanied by the Return Pack Slip that we will issue you after your return request. You must include the Return Pack Slip in the box with your returned item, or we won’t be able to issue you a refund. You can print a Return Pack Slip on this page or from the PDF attachment accompany our email response to your return request.
  5. Shipping of Return. You are responsible for costs associated with shipping your return book back to us.
  6. Refund Amount. Upon receipt of the returned item, BGP will refund the item price and appropriate sales tax, if any.  The original shipping and handling fees, if any, may be deducted from the total of your refund unless there was an error on our part.
  7. Refunds and Form of Payment. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.
  8. Original Condition. New items must be returned in their original, unopened, shrink-wrapped condition. Some items that are opened, unsealed or damaged may not be accepted for refund. Items returned to us without a Return Pack Slip may be denied a refund or exchange.
  9. Tracking Recommended: The use of delivery confirmation or tracking is strongly recommended as BGP can’t be responsible for return shipments that are lost by the carrier.
